DSM Private Residence - McClain Flats, Colorado
The Clients for this home came with a notion of what they wanted, a home that reflected the way they live but with as large of windows as possible. The 7 acre site allowed us to incorporate a pond into the design and allowed for enough landscaping to conceal the few neighbors that do exist here. The estate feels as if it is the only thing in the valley. Scott completed this project as an Associate at RGSA.
